The Provider Challenge Showcase will be designed around four areas that health systems have identified as the most pressing challenges they face in advancing a new model of care. The four provider challenges are:

• Patient as Consumer: Understand and engage with patients as empowered individuals (e.g. patient / physician search, price transparency, hospital wayfinding, virtual access)
• Chronic + Behavioral Care: Identify and support complex, chronic and pre-chronic patients (e.g. diabetes disease management, mental health, oncology solutions)
• Post-Acute Care: Succeed at transitions of care and engagement beyond the four walls (e.g. post-discharge planning and monitoring, remote rehabilitation, end-of-life care)
• Operations 2.0: Improve quality and cost competitiveness to address the challenging operating environment; enhance current efforts in becoming a high reliability organization (e.g. referral management, physician productivity, quality reporting, patient flow)

The Provider Challenge Showcase will be centrally located within the Startup Showcase exhibit floor and will feature innovative technology solutions that are solving these most pressing provider challenges.

Provider Challenge Showcase – Individual Company Kiosk          $7,500 

• The booth will be featured as a Provider Challenge Exhibitor and will be centrally located on the exhibit hall floor.
• Recognition as Provider Challenge Exhibitor on the HX360 and HIMSS16 official program guide, website and mobile app
• Live presentation in the Innovation Pavilion theater - 20 minutes
• 2-minute video of your solution will be shown in the showcase
• Each pre-configured kiosk includes:
