Robert Jarrin is a Senior Director of Government Affairs for Qualcomm Incorporated. He represents Qualcomm on U.S. regulatory matters relating to wireless health and life sciences. Jarrin’s areas of responsibility include Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulation of converged medical devices, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) healthcare efforts, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) telehealth reimbursement, Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) regulation of health IT and healthcare legislative affairs.Jarrin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland at College Park and a Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law.
