Shawn Ellis is the President of Zest Health. He drove incubation of Zest Health with 7wire Ventures and Lightbank Ventures. Since joining Zest Health, he has lead the company’s commercial and organizational growth. In the 6 months since Zest’s commercial launch, the company added over 30,000 lives to its platform and grew to 22 full time employees. Prior to Zest Health, Shawn focused on healthcare investments at 7wire Ventures with 7wire’s co-founders, Glen Tullman and Lee Shapiro. Shawn joined 7wire Ventures from the Boston Consulting Group. Shawn began his career working in Lazard Middle Market’s healthcare practice in Chicago. Shawn holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the The Economic Club of Chicago and The Chicago Leadership Alliance.
